Cook County State's Attorney Kim Foxx recuses herself from Jussie Smollett investigation
According to a statement from Foxx's office, the decision to recuse herself was made to address 'potential questions of impartiality' based upon 'familiarity with potential witnesses'; Mike Tobin reports from Chicago.
